Terms and conditions

Slotr provides an online platform for running events with sign-ups, time slots, waitlists and reminders.

You are responsible for your login details and for what happens on your account. Misuse (spam, illegal activity, infringing the rights of others) can lead to immediate suspension.

• Free plan: free, up to 1 active event.
• Pro plan: €9/mo or €90/year (roughly 17% off), cancellable monthly or yearly. First 14 days free. On cancellation you keep access until the end of the billing period.
• Organisation plan: €12/user/mo per active member (from 26 members €10/seat).
• Prices exclude VAT (business) or include it (consumer), as shown at checkout.

As an organiser you are responsible for the content of your events and for communication with attendees. You ensure that the people signing up are aware of your own privacy statement.

We do our best to keep Slotr available 24/7, but cannot guarantee unlimited uptime. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

Slotr is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the subscription amount you paid over the last 12 months.

We may change these terms. For material changes we will let you know by email; you then have 30 days to cancel if you wish.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the court of the district where Slotr is established.

This is a translation for convenience. In case of any difference in interpretation, the Dutch version prevails.
