Slotr respects your privacy and processes your data in line with the GDPR. This statement explains what data we collect, why, and how you stay in control of it.
Who is responsible?
Slotr is provided by Boost Productions, Stationstraat 293, Nuth, the Netherlands. Contact: ben@boostproductions.nl.
What data do we process?
- Organisers: name, email address, organisation name, and optionally a bio and logo.
- Attendees: name, email address and any answers to questions set by the organiser (dietary requirements, for example).
- Technical: IP address and browser information, for security and logging.
What do we use your data for?
- Running sign-ups and managing the waitlist.
- Sending confirmations, reminders and relevant updates.
- Providing reports (such as an Excel export) to the organiser of the event.
- Improving the platform based on anonymised usage patterns.
Where is your data stored?
All personal data is stored on servers within the European Union (Frankfurt am Main, Germany) at Supabase. We do not share data with parties outside the EU without appropriate safeguards.
How long do we keep your data?
- Active accounts: for as long as the account exists.
- Attendee data: up to 12 months after the event, unless the organiser deletes it sooner.
- Archived events: 24 months, then deleted automatically.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, restrict or delete your data. Send an email to privacy@slotr.nl and we will respond within 14 days.
Cookies
Slotr only uses functional cookies that are needed for signing in and for the site to work. No tracking, no advertising.
Changes
We may update this statement. For significant changes we will let you know by email.
